I made an appointment to get a tire changed at 2:30pm and got there on time. Their sign says it takes 1.5 - 2 hours. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room, then came out and saw my car wasn't even started! No heads up or apology. They only started working on it after seeing how upset I was. What's the point of me missing work if you're not going to even start for >3 hours??? The lady tried to help at the end by giving a discount, but it was a mere $15.

This was my second time bringing a truck in for service. The first visit was for a simple oil change, while this time the truck was experiencing AC issues. I usually take my personal vehicle to Servco, but since this was a company vehicle, I was directed to bring it here instead. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the entire process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. The online check-in was easy, the on-site check-in process was seamless (and even the wait time wasn't too bad), and picking up the vehicle after the service was completed was just as straightforward. It was clear that everyone understood their responsibilities and carried them out thoroughly and professionally. While the staff may not have been the friendliest I've encountered, they were courteous, respectful, and professional, which is what matters most. I would not hesitate to return for future service. I'm giving them 5 stars because the entire team earned it. A special thank you to Paka, who was exceptionally patient and helpful over the phone while assisting me with the AC issues. This is the place to go by default. Safety check, maintenance, anything. Whatever I need to do with the car, I go there and they help to keep the car as happy as a car could be. Love it. Lex team, the last time technician RAD was working on my car, so please buy them lunch. Thank you for what you do.

LEX BRODIE and staff to the rescue, again. A few months ago I had the misfortune of running over a nail which embedded into my tire. I promptly took it to Lex Brodie's withOUT an appointment. The service advisor (nice local fella sorry I forgot your name) not only helped me right away. He was able to plug it on the spot which allowed me to go on my way rather unhindered. Thank you for your kind, quick, FIVE STAR service. Had been meaning to write. I had been keeping a close eye on the PSI because of the above. And I had noticed a slow slow leak develop. This past weekend it went into accelerated mode and now was concerning. Appreciate the self service air station which I had used a bunch. This time it was serious enough to bring it in. Service Advisor Rose was thorough to point out that while the one tire was loosing air, the other three had suffered damage in the bad weather and roads. I was actually surprised at how beat up they had gotten over last few years. Rose was quick to give me an estimate, base and with add-ons. And when this older aunty expressed surprise cost was a few hundred more than Costco... after confirming price check, Rose offered me price matching with same d

Lex Brodie’s on Queen Street has been taking great care of my daily driver for the past 3–4 years, and they’ve earned my trust. They’ve handled brakes and rotors, general maintenance, and wheel alignments, all with consistent, solid work. With the kind of wear-and-tear our roads dish out on Nimitz and Dillingham, regular maintenance isn’t optional, and they’ve been reliable every step of the way. Scheduling an appointment is quick and easy, which makes staying on top of car care much less stressful. So far, I have zero complaints. I’m a happy camper and will continue bringing my car to Lex Brodie's, Queen Street.
